What is the California Federation of Certified Farmers’ Markets?

It is statewide membership organization of California Certified Farmers’ Markets. Its membership is open to individuals, agencies or associations holding a valid California Certified Farmers’ Market Certificate.

Its mission is fourfold:

1. To encourage, promote, facilitate, develop and implement new and existing agricultural direct marketing methods and outlets for farmers.
   
2. To formulate and present a uniform industry voice in National and Statewide policy matters.
   
3. To foster good understanding, communication and relations between the industry and the governmental agencies that regulate it, and between the industry and other agricultural organizations that affect it.
   
4. To facilitate and coordinate statewide promotions and special industry projects.

Membership in the Federation directly supports the operation and maintenance of this website. Without membership support this site would not exist. Do your part and join.
