Farmers Market School Tours

The California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom and the California Federation of Certified Farmers' Markets are teaming together to create a model for school class tours of Certified Farmers' Markets. The model will be geared towards 3rd and 4th grade class levels and will include hunt and find produce worksheets relating to nutrition, geography and seasons. Tokens are to be awarded for successful completion that will be used for purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables at the market.
